Lease Turn-In FAQ

Roseville Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM offers a Complimentary lease turn-in inspection to lease customers with additional resources for answering lease end questions as simply and conveniently as possible. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions:

Q: Why do I need to have a pre-inspection performed on my vehicle?
A: Our Complimentary pre-inspection will allow you sufficient time to have repairs made before your vehicle is transported. It is designed to protect your interests and save you unnecessary fees. We will be able to repair many things under the factory warranty. Our service and collision departments can repair any items that are your responsibility much more reasonably than the rates the finance company will charge.

Q: I am at my mileage allowance. Can I get out of my lease early?
A: Yes, you can get out of your lease early. Our sales associates can inform you of your options on getting into a new lease.

Q: Do I need to schedule an appointment for the Complimentary pre-inspection or can I just come in?
A: No, but if you are on a time constraint an appointment can be arranged. Please contact the Lease Turn-in Department at 586.859.2543.

Q: When can I expect at the final inspection?
A: If your loan is through Ally they send an inspector out to the dealership within 48 hours of your vehicle being turned-in. They will send you a bill for any excess wear and tear.

If your loan is through US Bank they will contact you 60 days in advance to complete the final inspection and at that time they will let you know what if any repairs are needed before you turn your vehicle in giving you time to make any necessary arrangements.
