Q: Why do I need to have a pre-inspection performed on my vehicle?
A: Our FREE pre-inspection will allow you sufficient time to have repairs made before your vehicle is transported. It is designed to protect your interests and save you unnecessary fees. We will be able to repair many things under the factory warranty. Our service and collision departments can repair any items that are your responsibility much more reasonably than the rates the finance company will charge.
Q: I am at my mileage allowance. Can I get out of my lease early?
A: Yes, Chrysler Financial will allow you to get out of your lease early. Our sales associates can inform you of your options on getting into a new lease.
Q: Do I need to schedule an appointment for the FREE pre-inspection or can I just come in?
A: At Roseville Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram if you are a customer we send out vouchers for the pre-inspection 120 days until maturity. Because of the volume of turn-ins we have to pre-schedule a specific day/time. Please call us at 586.859.2528 to verify your appointment or change it if it is not convenient for you. Q: What can I expect at the final inspection?
A: We do a 20 point inspection. per Chrysler Financial guidelines and "credit card test". This inspection is the same as the pre-inspection we do on your vehicle, only this one is submitted to Chrysler Financial and determines any charges you may or may not incur. You will sign-off on your lease via an electronic keypad with Chrysler, and receive a copy of your final inspection, odometer statement and final billing with any charges you may owe. You have the opportunity, at that time, to pay your final bill by credit card or you may choose to mail a check to Chrysler Financial at a later date.
